The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their names were Ricky,Shak & Lalit. They really helped me & I couldn't have done it without them.

Jamal knew what he was talking about.Was friendly.Well informed. Good people skills.Tidy and clean. The whole reception and storage areas were spotless.

It was my first time moving out of my student accomodation, especially on my own, and making the decision to store my belongings into Big Yellow storage was overwhelming. Overall I was extremely stressed with the moving out process and thought I would experience an even stressful time moving my belongings into storage, however I was very happy and pleased. The staff at Big Yellow Gypsy Corner were so friendly, especially Shak, that he made me feel at ease and made the transition moving simple. He also guided me around the store on my first day and provided me with the necessary storage items that I needed to use, including the use of a trolley. Overall, I would like to thank Shak and his colleague Shakti for their services as it makes people, especially students like myself feel confident and pleased to use the service. I would highly recommended Big Yellow and have already discussed my experience with fellow students/ family members. Thank you!
