The Hanger Lane team is the best in customer service. Kasia, Devin and David have been so helpful from the start. Always offering coffee and always greeting me when i come in. All these small things make a big difference in terms of customer service. I am so happy I chose big yellow and especially the Hanger Lane branch. Will definitely recommend it to everyone
Amazingly helpful and lovely team at Hanger Lane especially John-Paul and colleague who were so kind and generous definitely will continue to use this service and location!

Kasia, was very helpful, very informative and efficient in booking us in
Kasia & Shweta are so great they are very attentive and informative. Made me feel so comfortable with storing with Big Yellow! even though Shurgard were charging £30 less or same storage space it didn’t matter because in life u buy people not the product and Kasia and Shweta are proof that. Thank you for employing them they’re fantastic at what they do!
Very good service - Kasia really saved the day for us and was incredibly nice. Can recommend!
