I had a fantastic experience at Big Yellow Storage in Hanger Lane. Katarzyna and her colleague were absolutely amazing—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, taking the time to explain all the options clearly and ensuring I had exactly what I needed. It’s rare to come across such genuine customer service these days, and I’m really grateful for their support. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for reliable storage with a personal touch!
