I was shopping around in the area and came to Big Yellow. I was particularly impressed by the customer service and that’s what stood out the most to me compared to other self storage companies. So professional, humorous and great company throughout. I didn’t intend to take the storage on the day I did but I was impelled as I was so impressed.

Easy to book online. Units are clean and easily accessible. A very good deal for short-term rentals (with the 50% off for 8 weeks) and very helpful, friendly staff (on the phone and in person) - everyone I've dealt with has been excellent.
