Shabana was absolutely exceptional through and through. It's my first time getting storage, and she was thorough and accommodating. I really appreciate her taking the time to read through my contracts, highlight important parts and make this whole thing as easy as possible.
Sorted out a space which suited us exactly and made the whole process understandable given it's a tad complicated for the novice storage hirer. We mostly dealt with Shabana but Ali also 'took up the baton' and made sure we were aware of how time was passing and what we still needed to do and by when. Both very helpful!

I moved to Big Yellow from Access Storage in Alperton due to a huge price increase and the general manager's poor customer service. I went to I dealt with Shabana Fazal who was superb. She was knowledgeable, friendly and offered me an excellent deal to price match my unit to the cheapest in the area. She also offered me the the first 8 weeks at half price. She followed up the initial quote in writing and she was quick to respond when I asked her to respond to a query.
