Louie is a credit to the company, his patience, reassurance that no question was silly and ensuring the information he has provided is confirmed and that I have clearly understood things. It made the difference such that even though a competitor was cheaper, but I felt reassured by his service. Also parking is easily accessible and it is well lit and the site is well maintained.
