Great welcome and clear breakdown of prices. Price of special offer half price was honoured. Move in was seem less. Call backs were consistent.

I have had a really, really positive experience at Big Yellow in Harrow thanks to Louis Fawke. He ensured it was a completely stress-free process for me, he is so polite and accommodating and does his job very, very well.

Louie is a credit to the company, his patience, reassurance that no question was silly and ensuring the information he has provided is confirmed and that I have clearly understood things. It made the difference such that even though a competitor was cheaper, but I felt reassured by his service. Also parking is easily accessible and it is well lit and the site is well maintained.
