I had a great experience with Tracy from the contact centre and kurt Mahon at the site . They were very professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I understood my storage options. Kurt patiently explained the contract and answered all my questions, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which gave me confidence in storing my belongings. I appreciate their attention to detail and excellent customer service!

Customer service was very good. The team are a credit to the store/company. Solomon and Kirk really helped me with understanding my storage options and what size unit I would need. They were very accommodating and took me through how it works step by step. I can now rest and I’m stress free due to their help and efforts.

A empathetic and listening, professional service provided by staff at a critical and struggling time for I and my family to store our items. The discount applied to help us was a great gesture of goodwill and we will always come back and refer friends. The very friendly and caring staff members put the customer first!!!

Quick access to use a storage locker. Called and was setup quite quickly for a locker before heading off for holidays.
