My experience there was honestly very good! A few days ago, I went to ask for some advice and help, the manager very kindly explained everything to me and helped me a lot! And yesterday there was a very lovely lady and a young man who was very supportive! This place has a very good customer service! I am super pleased with all the support and kindness they showed me! I came in today and Georgia from the Hayes branch was extremely helpful!! She was very patient with us and gave us her full attention even when it started to get busy, we never felt rushed by her. We had a very rush move in with a lot of panic Dan the manager was so helpful me and my partner cannot emphasise how he made everything stress free and totally calmed us down, not just with making the move in smooth but with all his information and knowledge he gave us about what we needed to know, it was really helpful from the start to the end
