Friendly and efficient check in process

Extremely friendly helpful staff, make the whole process very easy

The member of staff (he’s called Z) was super helpful and friendly. We were in traffic so arrived a bit late but he helped make sure we could still get sorted. Amazing customer service, would definitely recommend based on that service alone

Z was exemplary in his patience and explanations to me about how everything worked. I was very grateful he was there yesterday, the day my removal firm arrived, particularly since they were earlier than they had said, so when I arrived the majority of my goods had been taken to my storage room. It took a lot of weight off my shoulders and I could then relax knowing everything had been so well taken care of. Thank you Z very much. Joy
