Customer service. Your team at High Wycombe are absolutely brilliant. I have to say I hadnt expected this from a storage company. They were helpful, explained the process clearly and succintly called me back with reminders, were brilliant taking me through the inventory etc etc etc. Probably time you gave them a payrise :-)
Was very pleased with the service I received Very polite and professional staff I had to change my moving date last minute and the young man on the phone was very nice about it also the lady whose name I didn't catch was very nice with helping me move in as I needed more storage then anticipated

The customer service delivered by Z through the whole process was exceptional. I had a problem on the day I had to do the check-in and he went above and beyond in every possible way, including staying until later than he was supposed to stay, which he didn't have to do, but that was a real life saver in my situation.
