I enquired online and within minutes, I had a phone call asking if I needed any help. Sam was so helpful and informative.

My experience so far has been very positive. On arrival with a van load of items from a rival storage company, I was pleased to find how well thought out your storage facility is. Starting with the trolleys you provide to cart stuff to the storage unit, they are sturdy and can carry a lot of goods. The last place had awful trolleys and it took me twice as long to move my belongings out as it did to move in. Secondly, the aisles are well thought out and there is plenty of room to move said trolleys around. I also like that you play music in the unit, I regard moving things in and out of storage to be the worst job that I absolutely despise but having a bit of music made all the difference. Finally, the staff are all really pleasant, I really liked Zed (think that was his name) who was super helpful and friendly.
