Very friendly and helpful staff. Explained everything clearly

I requested 100 square feet on ground floor. I was given 2 50 square feet units on the second floor, both with structural pillars in them, and one with a narrow door. I was told about getting 2 50s not a 100, but I wasn’t told about the other short comings until I arrived with a van full of possessions.

All the staff very competent and friendly, nice people all round.

Impressed with all staff members in high Wycombe who have at different times helped me and guided ne through a very smooth process and helping me keep faith in the fact my belongings are safe. Everything is explained clearly and questions answered throughly. I like that when you enquire you get a follow up phone call.

Easy to understand advice from staff when booking, and move into storage space. Outstanding all round service, really helpful staff, and Jahan is a asset to the Big Yellow Self Storage brand by offering excellent customer service throughout. Thank you all, Darrell

Extremely helpful

Received a quick quote, and then spoke on the phone to a member of the teamm regarding dates. I arrived to set it up a day after expected, but speaking to Jahan at High Wycombe, it was very simple, very easy and little to no issues. Jahan was very friendly and professional throughout.

The whole team were very welcoming and looked like they enjoyed their jobs. Felt like I was joining not just a new storage unit, but new friends.
