We ended up needed the unit a few days early and at short notice. Your staff member at High Wycombe confirmed we could start earlier and had all the paperwork ready when we arrived. Sophie dealt with our check in and was friendly and helpful.
Insurance is over sold. I was initially told it was a legal requirement which it is not. In the end I found my existing policy covered it.
The overall process from enquiry to reserving to check-in to move-in was incredibly smooth. I was particularly impressed by the level of professionalism and care shown to me by the in-store staff Sam and Sophie, and I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Big Yellow.

My son recommended Big Yellow Storage initially. But I found your reception staff to be most helpful throughout the whole process of deciding which size room, right through to returning with all my stock and packaging to be stored. I also feel that my stock will be securely stored, but I have easy access to remove or add items. A great all-round experience.
