Could not have been easier. Stephen told us fully about the process and took us to show the different sizes of storage as we were completely new and did not fully understand the different sizes. He also explained the costs and insurance and what was needed on our first visit. All the documentation was made available and fully explained. On our first visit he took us through the full entry process and the security arrangements.

Paperwork was easy, clear instructions all explained. Shown to our room and how to get there. Really friendly service, and stress free.

I got immediate response by phone and quote by SMS and email. Stephen explained everything really well and talked me through space option to suit my requirements.

Head office and the store liaised to make everything as easy as possible. Sophie - in the store - had everything read for me when I arrived and wa adjust generally really helpful. I was mega impressed.

It was a really easy process and Sam the lady that dealt with us made was very helpful.

The gents that work at this branch are great! Very friendly and very professional. I don’t feel that your pricing is very clear, not very TCF! I ended parting with double the money I thought I was? You need to make things clearer, I am a brand new customer to your business and I am unsure if I will return. I usually use storagebase in Banbury, to the point, clear pricing no added extras left right and centre.
