I was courteously & efficiently helped by every single point of contact I encountered from the start during my o line enquiry, until conclusion, when I booked in with Samantha at the front desk & was shown around after signing up.

VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL SERVICE FROM STEVE AT THE HIGH WYCOMBE BRANCH. THE BOOKING WAS AT VERY SHORT NOTICE BUT STEVE WAS VERY HELPFUL OVER THE TELEPHONE AND IN PERSON. STEVE FROM HIGH WYCOMBE BRANCH DESERVES A PAY RISE.

Very helpful indeed and very professional

Could not have been easier. Stephen told us fully about the process and took us to show the different sizes of storage as we were completely new and did not fully understand the different sizes. He also explained the costs and insurance and what was needed on our first visit. All the documentation was made available and fully explained. On our first visit he took us through the full entry process and the security arrangements.

Paperwork was easy, clear instructions all explained. Shown to our room and how to get there. Really friendly service, and stress free.

Head office and the store liaised to make everything as easy as possible. Sophie - in the store - had everything read for me when I arrived and wa adjust generally really helpful. I was mega impressed.
