Very smooth and painless. My only suggested improvement is to make it more clear that payment is made upfront with the direct debit only being needed for the automated renewal.

Having never used a storage facility before, she explained everything start to end and made the costs easy to understand and clear. Can't thank her / recommend her highly enough.
