Extremely well, staff friendly and helpful,

My son recommended Big Yellow Storage initially. But I found your reception staff to be most helpful throughout the whole process of deciding which size room, right through to returning with all my stock and packaging to be stored. I also feel that my stock will be securely stored, but I have easy access to remove or add items. A great all-round experience.

Sam was brilliant in dealing with our enquire. She took us around the different types of storage based on our needs and explained every process accordingly.

Everything has been handled quickly and efficiently by a really friendly and pleasant team - they've also always made sure that I understand exactly how everything works.

Very simple from the first call to organise a box to meeting great staff in reception on the day we moved in. A special mention to Ms Fortune who could do enough to help
