very efficient service, very friendly and helpful

We visited the store three times and every time we received impeccable service. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Paul in particular is a fabulous asset to your organisation and whilst the initial thought of using self storage was quite daunting he made the whole process easy. Hang onto him:-)

I enjoyed my visit to your facility, this was as a consequence of the fast efficient service given by Paul at your High Wycombe branch. Prior to my visit I had completed 99% of the required sign up stuff on-line. I couldn't find a save button on the inventory page, though the information was saved. Paul could access it from his work station. However, my emergency contact details were not saved. Minor detail. But it is said the devil is there, right? I feel the choice of a supplier is quite a personal decision, and I have yet to book out!
