very good. i came in to the store hence why they didnt make a further contact. i did make a phone enquiry first and got a quote, however when i went to the store to confirm the details it was only then they mentioned the insurance, this should be upfront and with the initial verbal quote.

really positive - a friendly service

It was great to be able to walk into a storage company where you were made to feel like an individual, rather than just a number. The High Wycombe store is the cleanest and most practical storage facility in the area, bar none. The whole experience was confidence inspiring and I would not hesitate to use Big Yellow for storage again in the future.

The staff were very helpful and it was easy to check in and use the facilities - despite some slightly bureaucratic joining instructions.
