I am very pleased with the service and customer care provided by Big Yellow in High Wycombe. As a first time user I was impressed by their security measures and ease of use / entry once I had checked in initially.
Immediately entering the reception area you find a well organised and clean lobby and loading bay to your left. All rooms are of course freezing cold in winter. I was quickly shown into the appropriate size box that I required; confirming the size we then went back to the reception to "enrolled me" into BIG YELLOW. This process was smooth and hassle free, although did take just over twenty minutes... This process needs to be sped up somewhat. Overall a good experience

The access from the car park at the front of the building is awkward and slow . The front door is awkward if you are pushing a cart . The lift is too small and to slow for the easy transfer of goods laden carts . A pain for all concerned ... a waste of time , money , and patience . Prices are too high for the storage . However , The staff were efficient , knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with .
Just taken over a storage unit at High Wycombe. The staff could not have been more helpful in setting everything up for me quick & efficient. They even locked the unit for me when I failed to lock it after one of my initial visits.
Whole environment was clean and welcoming; staff went through paperwork quickly and efficiently, security arrangements good
Having just lost my purchase and not wanting to lose the sale of my house I saw Big Yellow as I was driving by (how could you miss it?). Checked it out on line, booked in, checked in.... all so easy. Staff were really helpful, storage area clean and well-lit. Ok, I'd rather have moved my furniture into my new home but I'm really glad I found Big Yellow!
