Just taken over a storage unit at High Wycombe. The staff could not have been more helpful in setting everything up for me quick & efficient. They even locked the unit for me when I failed to lock it after one of my initial visits.

Whole environment was clean and welcoming; staff went through paperwork quickly and efficiently, security arrangements good

Having just lost my purchase and not wanting to lose the sale of my house I saw Big Yellow as I was driving by (how could you miss it?). Checked it out on line, booked in, checked in.... all so easy. Staff were really helpful, storage area clean and well-lit. Ok, I'd rather have moved my furniture into my new home but I'm really glad I found Big Yellow!

I am very impressed as to how clean all the storage area's are kept and the staff were very polite, overall I highly recommend them.

It would have been more helpful if when I made my reservation to be told what information you would need when I booked in. On the day I booked in I was asked for my passport I.D. I had to return home to collect it and upon arriving back at the store I was then asked to provide details of my Bank Account, which I did not have with me so had to go back home again. Two journeys which could have been avoided had you staff briefed me on what was required in the first instance when I made my reservation.
