Helpful and willing staff to aid me with unloadinh and storing

I am very impressed as to how clean all the storage area's are kept and the staff were very polite, overall I highly recommend them.

It would have been more helpful if when I made my reservation to be told what information you would need when I booked in. On the day I booked in I was asked for my passport I.D. I had to return home to collect it and upon arriving back at the store I was then asked to provide details of my Bank Account, which I did not have with me so had to go back home again. Two journeys which could have been avoided had you staff briefed me on what was required in the first instance when I made my reservation.

Having called up based on a special offer via the BYS website. I was disappointed to arrive on site with my furniture to find that a) it's not a weekly cost, I have to pay a lot of money up front to qualify for the discounted rated, b) I wasn't told I needed a padlock for my storage so therefore ended up buying one from BYS which was no doubt more expensive, c) my storage location was ages away from the door, not good when you have lots of furniture to move in and out.

Overall, I think you staff are courteous and well informed. My criticisms are that you should consider better access after 6.00pm(say until 11.00pm) and it should not be necessary to have to pay for it. Your rivals don't seem to do that ! I would also suggest that you offer a Trolley Hire Service as part of the overall package because it's very often difficult to move and shift packing off site which is only going to be delivered to your storage anyway. You could, after all, splash your advertising all over the trolleys too, to promote yourselves as a helpful company who make s stressful job easy for their customers !

Easy to book, staff polite, happy and extremley helpful.

Great service, really good facility. Only thing lacking is little bit of lighting inside the actual storage area, gets dark and scary in the corners.

Paperwork was a bit drawn out but the facility was superb which made up for it.
