After researching local storage options, I was very impressed by the initial contact with Tina, the Store Manager and decided that the extra miles travelled would be well worth the peace of mind offered by the High Wycombe store. The registration and set-up was easy and I would recommend the team to friends and family without hesitation.
I found the whole storage experience from start to finish very easy and found the staff very helpful.
As !a charity which has to store a great deal of goods ready for overseas transport, our genrously donated space is of great use for us and makes our job of helping others so much easier. It's clean, dry and easily accessible. Great

I am currently using Big Yellow in High Wycombe to store the contents of my mother's house. The facility is clean, well-lit, and I feel completely safe (and happy!), as I go through all the boxes, sort them out and then decide what to do with the contents. The staff were really efficient when I registered, and I have since recommended it to a friend - her mother's house contents arrive today! I looked at one other storage facility in High Wycombe. It was difficult to get to, dirty and with no lighting in the room. Hopeless - and it was more expensive.
I walked in not expecting too much but I came out knowing that my worldly possesions would be safe and secure @ The Big Yellow!
It's difficult to think of your worldly possesions sittting in a metal box, piled one on top of the other. But the cleanliness, security and convenience of Big Yellow have made it so much easier - and you have great fun with the trolleys too!!
Easy to set up account, clean bright storage areas and easy accessfrom the road to loading bays. Sunday hours a bit limited but otherwise perfect.
I have used yellow box twice - and have been really impressed by the quality of service. the staff at the store and on the other end of the phone are very helpful . would recommend it.
