Very well handled and call back to confirm from Lloyd.

I checked online the prices of the various sizes of storage. Had the quotes sent to my mobile phone. I had a follow up phone call so I was able to check the times I could call in. I called in to the Hounslow store as I was passing and following a look at two storage sizes I signed up. It was all done, I had a key and was able to put the first boxes from my car straight into store. It was so quick and easy - I only went to check it out and I came away having completed the paperwork and leaving some boxes in storage.

Informative and useful easy to understand

I was confused by some of the online info and called the branch. It was very easy to get through and I spoke to Kyle who was brilliant - very helpful, very friendly, good energy - you feel he really wants to get the job done for you in the best way possible.

The whole experience was very pleasant and made easy by the lovley Katie and Lloyd in the office. They were so cheerful and helpful with every aspect of booking the unit. I would recommend Hounslow Big Yellow to anyone who wants a storage unit.
