The staff at Yellow storage were excellent.

Easy to book for everything, except the details on the insurance, which is quite vague, with not enough detail. The 7 day notice should also be a prompted email to automate this so customers don't forget. Finally, I want to nominate Lloyd in Hounslow branch for exceptional customer service. Some of the best I have had in any place. Hold on to him. His courtesy call and help on the day was brilliant.

David and Lloyd at the Hounslow branch were both very friendly, welcoming, helpful and fun to interact with - they were very informative, catered to our needs and explained everything fully. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family :)
