Kate who saw to me was absolutely excellent you could not ask for someone nicer to serve you

I spoke to Val Ferguson initially about storage and she was so helpful. She answered my questions which made me feel confident in my decision. Kate in the Hounslow store was friendly and going through the paperwork wasn't confusing or too long.

The team is very professional, they're helpful and nice. Good access to the storage, enough parking spaces. Everything was explained in full before I signed the contrat. So basically I'm happy, I did the right choice
