The staff were helpful, infomative and friendly. They are Kurt/Lloyld and Adam. For a first time customer, I am happy with the overrall services provided.

Excellent customer services skills shown by kurt. He was extremely helpful and gave plenty of information. He even entertained my bored 7 year old.

In 25 years of living in London, the customer service at the big yellow Hounslow branch, is the best customer service I have come across. These days it is hard to find good customer service in London. Kate, Lloyd , Kurt and Adam were very friendly and made me feel welcome straight away. The feeling that I got on talking to them was that they are kind and good natured people. Due to their warm and approachable manner, I was not afraid of asking them any questions. Everything was explained to me in a simple and clear manner. Moving- in day went very smoothly. I would strongly recommend the Hounslow branch of big yellow storage, due to the helpful attitude of Kate, Lloyd, Kurt and Adam. Also, I would like to give a special thank you to, Kate, Lloyd , Kurt and Adam, for excellent customer service.

Everything from start to finish was carried out smoothly. Kurt the guy who I dealt with was very good showed me around and even changed my unit for a bigger one for me. Thank you very much.
