Straight forward process polite staff

Very helpful team

I have never used any storage services before and thought it would be quite complicated - but when I walked in your Hounslow branch for an advice, Kurt, who works there, managed to explain everything in a very clear and efficient manner. He also showed me a few rooms so I'd have a better idea what size storage do I need.

Clive and Adam were great and very friendly and professional in the way they dealt with me .

From the moment I spoke with Kate on the phone, I felt reassured, and all my questions where answered, even to the point of transport functions to and from the warehouse. On arrival at the store, Kate, Lloyd and Adam could not have been more helpful.

I was happy with my experience. Katie was so friendly and helpful. She gave me an introduction and showed me to my unit. She answered all my questions effectively. Overall excellent service.

Easy process friendly staff

Kate, kurt and Lloyd were all so lovely when cantacted over the phone and at reception. V professional, kind and good natured people. Thank you. I would like to add that you should include insurance into the storage fee as it is a nasty surprise in the total bill.

Kurt, the receptionist was really very friendly. He gave us advice in all the choices we have made at Big yellow storage. He is funny, yet really professional! Give this guy a raise!
