The lift was broken and the website was not clear that you would be paying insurance on top of the storage fee's. Customers were constantly complaining about the lift.

I found Kurt to be very professional and friendly and he was very fourthcoming. As well as the word go from first time i spoke to anyone in yellow box very impressed. As we all are aware that moving house can be very stressful but if you can rely on a service like this that will keep your belongings safe and be fourthcoming to your needs it lightens the load. I shall highly reccomend anyone that needs space for their belongings or are moving home to consider using your services this was the first time that i have used your services and if i need to in the future i certainly would again thank you once again. Fantastic service from Will and Kate who were extremely friendly and detailed averything very well. I found Will to be more than helpful on the phone and I greatly appreciated his patience with all my questions

yesterday 26/10 I was given out of office hour access and my code did not work. I was told to go back by emergency response team, luckily we got access via someone else ID and it triggered alarm. My Check In Experience was so bad.
