Very helpful

Kurt was really helpful and friendly from start to finish. Offered water/drink whilst we sort out the contract.

The lift was broken and the website was not clear that you would be paying insurance on top of the storage fee's. Customers were constantly complaining about the lift.

Lots of detail given at check in and very friendly customer service. Put my mind at rest.

I wanted to change the move in date after signing the contract but declined by the branch.

I found Kurt to be very professional and friendly and he was very fourthcoming. As well as the word go from first time i spoke to anyone in yellow box very impressed. As we all are aware that moving house can be very stressful but if you can rely on a service like this that will keep your belongings safe and be fourthcoming to your needs it lightens the load. I shall highly reccomend anyone that needs space for their belongings or are moving home to consider using your services this was the first time that i have used your services and if i need to in the future i certainly would again thank you once again.
