When I was enquiring about the storage unit, Kurt was extremely helpful and gave me all the information I required without being pushy. I did make a trip out to check out the actual space sizes and Kurt was very thorough showing us whichever unit we would like to see. He also explained the policy in detailed and made my moving a breeze. I would definitely recommend my friends to big yellow as it is hard to find such exceptional customer service around london these days.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them and any questions I had wasn't a stupid question .

We got the help we required. He spoke calmly and formally to us. We got the amount of space needed and he helped us with the thing we didn't understand or have trouble with.

Both Lloyd and Kurt were extremely helpful and explained everything in detail The facility is nice and clean. The process was very easy and straightforward and our house looks so much clean now that the clutter is all stored away safely

Customer friendly (kurk), giving clarity in the waiting time, approachable providing all the requested detail. Only thing is to increase number of trolleys as we have wait for 20-30mins to get a trolley.
