Jason McLachlan was super helpful in choosing the correct space for my needs and getting me sorted with the paperwork.

Your representative was very friendly and explained everything very carefully and clearly. When I asked, he offered to show us a 20 sq ft unit rather than the 30 sq ft I had originally reserved, which I ended up taking and it is perfectly adequate for my needs. This engenders trust and hence recommendation.

Really good customer service, follow up call after I’d made my reservation, then clear explanations of how everything works when I brought my items in to store.

It was so easy to book and deal with the majority of what is needed on line and I also had to move the date a few times and it was no hassle to do that. The guy on the desk on drop off day was super helpful and super nice

Excellent customer service, Jason and Patrick were both very kind and informative, making the process very smooth and easy! Regular unintrusive calls to ensure everything was going as planned prior to arrival and very helpful with checking in. I didn't catch her name but there was a woman working in the reception area on the day who was also lovely and chatted with us despite not being assigned to check us in
