Impressive unit, very fresh and clean. Helpful and informative, friendly staff.

I was really impressed with Patrick at the Hove branch. He was so helpful when I phoned to enquire and it felt like he really cared and went over and beyond to help me. Patrick also saw me looking lost when I went on my own and couldn't work out the combination or remember the number of my locker. He's been really great, especially because I felt pretty nervous about the whole thing, not having done it before. I've felt really looked after.
