Patrick was amazing and so helpful! Reserved two storage units to look at so I could choose the right one! Excellent customer service throughout and went through the whole process with me as I had no glue! Couldn’t recommend enough!

I turned up randomly looking for a way to pack up my laptop, and Sandra and Patrick ended up repurposing an archive box and packing it for me (securely, with bubble wrap) whilst I stood there and watched! Not even an existing Big Yellow customer. What a lovely and helpful bunch!!

Was looking for storage and found the big yellow didn’t know what to do but Kelsey and Sandra where on hand to help, showed me around looked at sizes untill I found the right one.. the whole process was easy to do and quick to sign up and move all my stuff in.. they walked me through the whole process step by step would recommend to anyone looking for storage
