Really good experience. Patrick and his team are very efficient and thorough. It was my first time using storage, so it was a bit daunting, especially deciding what to keep and what to take and the costs etc. Patrick made it all very simple and straightforward and was very kind and helped me with everything. He showed me everything that I needed to know :) Thanks so much!!

I had such a great experience, and a huge part of that was because of one of the staff members. Patrick He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. I was a bit difficult and asking too many questions.He was very patient, understanding and took the time to explain everything, helped me choose the best storage option, answered all my questions, and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. He even came outside with me at the end to help me with my belongings, which I really appreciated. I visited several storage companies around Brighton before making my decision, but Patrick excellent customer service is the reason I came back and chose this one. He made such a positive impression that he was honestly the main reason I booked here. Thank you for the outstanding service, I highly recommend this storage facility, especially because of the amazing staff!

Fantastic experience with Patrick at the Hove store, very friendly and polite, with regular water top ups. Shown us three varieties of storage units and explained the whole process thoroughly. I couldn’t appreciate the help more when I’m going through such a stressful time, thanks ever so much!
