I moved some items into Hove Big Yellow Storage and I've been really impressed with ease of access paired with their high level of security. A member of staff, Patrick, was so helpful and guided me through the moving process - making sure I understood how everything worked. Very happy I've chosen to store my belongings here.

Sandra and Patrick both of them are brilliant staff, very supportive, polite and friendly. Their proactive approach not only solved problems but also anticipates customer needs, going above and beyond expectations.
It can be stressful dealing with ‘stuff’ and paying to have things kept safe as life changes. I was pleasantly surprised about how smoothly the process went when the huge truck arrived with all my things yesterday. I dealt with Chris, who was very friendly and even made coffee for the drivers who had come a long way. I needed to upgrade my unit and this was handled with no fuss, a good price offered so that I could get what I needed without paying too much more. The facility is clean and easy to enter/leave and although I know I’m only renting it, my unit feels like mine. It’s individually alarmed and locked which gives a feeling of security. I’ll be going there quite a bit to sort through my things, so I’m glad it’s only a short bus ride away. All in all I’m pleased with the service received thus far.

I dealt with Sandra today who was absolutely lovely and I would highly recommend this service. The storage was not very expensive either!
From the moment I arrived everyone at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond, and were really understanding as we’d had a terrible moving van experience. Cannot recommend enough. They were also able to put me in contact with trusted local movers for when I take my items out of storage.
