I have been using Big Yellow in London for many years and now also have a unit in Hove. I can honestly say it’s the best storage company I’ve used. The staff are always extremely helpful (especially Patrick, Jason, and Sandra in Hove, and Chris and Simeon in Brighton). The facilities are always clean, dry, and well maintained, and services like mail acceptance are really useful. Overall, the service and attitude across the company are excellent. Thank you 🙏🏻
