I was very please at the helpful telephone manner of the staff in the Hull Depot. The advice was accurate and for a novice great. The on-line registration and listing of the items to be stored was easy to use and could be altered easily. On arrival at the Depot the staff were just as nice and helpful everything was just right. If any criticism was possible the booking in process could be speeded up a little but this was minor to the overall excellent service.

From start to finish - a brilliant experience Staff were extremely professional and helpful This is the first time I have had to store anything at all and the whole process could not have been handled any better. Excellent PS The only down side was the choice of Hull RL club the company supported (despite being located in the East of the city) , but I suppose you can't have everything !!!!

We have been very happy with the service provided by Armadillo & will certainly use them again or recommend them to a friend. Staff have been very helpful & the place operates simply but effectively. The one issue we do have is with opening hours. Armadillo provides a service & such should recognise that many of their customers will be at work during the day. The fact that the facility closes at 18.00 each day & isn't open on a Sunday isn't convenient. As a service provider Armdillo should look to be open until 20.00 during the week & open, say, 10.00 - 16.00 on a Sunday.

I decided to use Armadillo purely on the attittude of the staff. Their pleasant and helpful approach has made a difficult time much easier and I would highly recommend the Hull facility on this alone.

Whilst not as new and glitzy as some storage facilities Armadillo in Hull is has some of the friendliest most helpful staff I have encountered anywhere. If only all customer service staff were like you, life would be so much easier.

Angela store manager in Hull was absolutely fantastic. We arrived late due to heavy traffic on motorway which gave us an hour to move our sons belongings from his house in Hull into storage. Angela helped us move our items and also stayed late so that we could move at least two car loads across Hull. It's a shame the facility is not open on Sundays as many parents travel a long distance to move their 'little darlings' whilst at Uni, sometimes, only able to do this at a weekend Saturday.

The Hull branch is a good central location and has plenty of space in the loading area. It is secure, clean and tidy. The service i received was excellent by 3 seperate members of staff, in particular a fellow unfortunate Hull City supporter. I was made aware of a half price promotion so i took advantage of that and saved some money. The only criticism i would have was a lack of the larger size trolly that enabled more to be loaded up in 1 go, somthing i found useful when having to go up and down the lift to the 1st floor but this was only a small inconvenience. In general the whole experience was one of the least stressful of the home moving process

From the initial phone call to query prices, followed by the staff members visit to our premises the transaction could not have moved more smoothly. The location is perfect for our company, secure, accessible and friendly. Recommendations follow easily.
