I have used Armadillo storage twice and on both occasions I have been extremely hapy with service I have received. The staff are very helpful and made the hassle of moving smooth. and it opens Sat all day!!! I would have no issue recommending them to friends.
WHEN I ARRIVED I FOUND THE GENTLEMAN NEIL TO BE VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING MY CHOICE OF SPACE THAT I COULD HIRE HE SHOWED ME DIFFERENT SIZE SPACES WHICH WAS VERY HELPFUL AND I HAD TO RETURN WITH A CAR FULL AND AS I AM DISABLED I ASKED HIM FOR HELP UNLOADING AND HIMSELF NIEL AND A COLEGUE UNLOADED MY CAR FOR ME AND PUT IT INTO THE LOCK UP OF WHICH I WAS MOST GRATEFUL THIS WAS AN OUTSTANDING SHOW OF ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE THANK YOU GUYS I WILL HIGHLY RECOMEND TO PEOPLE ARMADILLO AND TELL THEM THAT IT IS TOTALLY DISABLE FRIENDLY EXCEPT FOR THE STEP INTO THE RECEPTION AREA OF COURSE FOR WEELCHAIRS BUT THAT IS SOMETHING THAT CAN BE OVERCOME THANK YOU AGAIN
Using Armadillo has been treat, the staff are very friendly and always willing to help withany situation that may arise. The only problem i had was minor and the staf put my mind at ease by explaning th situation to me in terms i could understand. I would highly recomend this company for any who have storage needs.
When a completion date suddenly came around and I was panicking, I was so grateful when I contacted Armadillo. Friendly staff and an excellent storage facility. They were so accommodating and clear about their service, it was the one part about moving I didn't have to worry about.
Well what a fantastic service ! We used the Hull store as we were looking to buy somewhere in the area. We arrived, our booked room was ready and after some quick paperwork we got access to the room.Big trolleys available, huge lift the place is immaculate, the air inside is dry and sweet. Quickly done and we were away, On the first of October I collected my staff ,everything perfect, duvets, bedding etc all nice and dry ! What about the staff working there? Absolutely fantastic, John especially as I delt mainly with him, very helpful, cheerfull, full of information about places, an excellent assett for Armadillo Storage. I wish there were Johns like him in other businesses, and not the half whits you encounter everywhere. Well done , I cannott raccomend more highly! Maurizio
The staff at the Hull branch were extremly helpful and pleasant.We were provided with excellent information and were able to use the facility at very short notice.
I was very please at the helpful telephone manner of the staff in the Hull Depot. The advice was accurate and for a novice great. The on-line registration and listing of the items to be stored was easy to use and could be altered easily. On arrival at the Depot the staff were just as nice and helpful everything was just right. If any criticism was possible the booking in process could be speeded up a little but this was minor to the overall excellent service.

From start to finish - a brilliant experience Staff were extremely professional and helpful This is the first time I have had to store anything at all and the whole process could not have been handled any better. Excellent PS The only down side was the choice of Hull RL club the company supported (despite being located in the East of the city) , but I suppose you can't have everything !!!!
We have been very happy with the service provided by Armadillo & will certainly use them again or recommend them to a friend. Staff have been very helpful & the place operates simply but effectively. The one issue we do have is with opening hours. Armadillo provides a service & such should recognise that many of their customers will be at work during the day. The fact that the facility closes at 18.00 each day & isn't open on a Sunday isn't convenient. As a service provider Armdillo should look to be open until 20.00 during the week & open, say, 10.00 - 16.00 on a Sunday.
