Alison was the first person I spoke to. She was friendly Plus full of relevant information. Samantha was there on the day of the move and was great help. Both Ladies were amazing.

The team were very professional and helpful and kept in contact beforehand. Moving in was very smooth, hopefully the good customer service will continue on.

The staff on the phone were friendly and helpful. When I came to the store Alison was so friendly and helpful as was Gary. Alison helped me with the paperwork (as I struggle with it) and everything was explained and shown to me clearly. Couldn’t ask for more.

Showed me availability- explained signing in and signing out, pin sent to phone, explained timings.
