Good information in advance and being able to do the form on line before getting to the reception, to avoid lots of hanging around. Flexible about where storage located on floor so that we did not have to walk maximum distance from lift. Man in reception was friendly and helpful.

From seeing Alison a few weeks ago who ran through everything with me - then check in online. Turning up on Saturday 4 Nov with the removal guys. I waited in reception where Samantha and Gary were absolutely professional, caring, kindness and took care of me 100%. I forgot where I was as I sat for 2 hrs in such peace.
