No problems so far. Good deal (first 8 weeks at half price).

All personnel have been helpful, informative and super polite.

Don’t accept Amex. Didn’t like having to pay 8 weeks up front. Also didn’t have a ground floor storage unit available. Other than that a faultless experience.

Joel was particularly helpful in finding the space that was the right shape for me. The first one was too long and narrow. Security system was explained to me with patience

Your store manager Joel Uddin answered all my questions very clearly. He told me about the options that were available in a very professional manner. He instructed me on the entry and exit procedures and on security of the facility very clearly so I had confidence in that my stored items would be safe and easy for me to get access. I was very happy with the product option that was offered to me.

straight forward process,able to complete check in online, storage space met needs, customer care/receptionist was extremely helpful and professional.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The procedure for storing stuff is easy as is access and egress. Altogether highly recommended. Chris Cummins
