From the point of booking online - which was a relatively simple and straight forward process - through to arriving at the facility the handling was very smooth. Upon arrival I was met by two members of staff who were both very helpful. The gentleman who then proceeded to manage the process for me - by the name of Jabril - excelled himself. He assisted on ensuring I had the best 'deal' possible to meet my needs, toured me around the facility, explained everything I needed to know, he left no stone un-turned. Extremely polite and helpful. The facility is immaculate, the storage room perfect for my requirements.

Both Maria and Joel at Ilford branch were very good at customer services and provide best services across processes.
