On my first visit I was seen by Jabril who was most helpful and showed me and another lady round. He then filled in my application form on line as I had already made up my mind. Excellent service by him.

The customer service was excellent very helpful to us. Looked at ways to save us money.He really went above and beyond. we were served by joel uddin.

Joel went out of his way to help us match the price of the nearest competitor for storage and to advise on storage space. We ended up with a larger storage and glad for it.

I came to the premises without an appointment and a van full of boxes. Joel said there will be no problem. Showed me a suitable box. We completed the paperwork and we unloaded. Very impressed with Joel's professionalism.

I found the manager very customer orientated.

As a businessman I appreciate staff commitment to selling their product. Your call centre afforded me time to talk and thereby secured my business. I had no idea that I could store things so easily (wheeling my trailer to my unit) and that I could arrange for my things to be moved to your Poole depot, without attending myself, when we move to Dorset. Joel, at Ilford went out of his way to make checking in a pleasure and deserves praise. He had everything ready for me and explained everything clearly.

The customer service advisor Joel/Joe was extremely polite, swift and very helpful. this has been my best experience with a storage facility to date.
