Great customer service and easy to use, safe facilities

Excellent service from Maria and Joel in the Ilford branch. Very helpful in showing me different options for size, and in finding me the best deal. I have secured a 100sq foot unit for 3-4 months

The terms and conditions were throughly explained no jargon. Joel Uddin takes me through the procedures and I found the price reasonable. Very good customer service and would use the service again.

The staff in the Ilford Big Yellow are amazing - conscientious, professional and friendly. Jabril showed me around the facility patiently and knowledgeably, and once back in reception, both Jabril and his colleague made sure I was fully set up with padlock and information. I can't recommend this branch highly enough - it's clean, well kept, the reception area is welcoming and it made a very stressful move of stuff into storage much easier.

I am a returning customer and have had excellent service from from Maria, Joel, Jabril and Junaid. I am familiar with most of the team from previously. They compliment the Ilford branch so well and have gone out of their way for me.

Having been unsure what unit size to rent the staff were extremely patient and helpful in understanding my needs and finally giving me a fantastic offer. The level of customer service exceeded my expectation. Well done.
