Debbie was excellent in giving me the details which I excepted. I couldn't open the link (my problem) but was talked through again excellently by Tim Adeuyan - all made very easy

It was easy to deal with on the internet despite some minor issues but at the storage, I found a very helpful staff, Ana who helped with all my doubts.

The young man that dealt with me made me feel at home & was beyond helpful! The process was quick and easy so very delighted.

Got a little bit bombarded by telephone calls to check I was definitely okay and going to turn up on time, which was a bit unnecessary, but otherwise all good

Everything was very stress free and extremely easy on arrival. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall great.
