The serivice was very quick and the staff was friendly and efficient

Very competitive prices, especially with the 50% discount and the student discount, and amazing service (his name was Anthony)!! Also very secure and easy-to-use facilities. It is very appreciated that you get refunded for the days you paid but didn't use! The only negative thing is that the online checkin is a bit complicated when you don't have a UK address... but it didn't matter, I went to the office and they helped me do it. Thank you

The service was fast, professional and went above and beyond. The manager of Kennington (surname Snow I believe) was very good indeed and helpful.

Super impressed with how professional everything was. I do think you still bring down the pricing a bit though, especially for people who are unsure of how long they will need. Ie I booked a month, but this very likely could be as much as six months, but there is no price incentive to stay longer, i.e. discount for if I want to extend. Very impressed with Hamad who checked me in and walked me through everything. He is excellent.
