Good customer service

Anthony, who dealt with my enquiry and my check-in, was fantastic. Really responsive to my needs, able to ensure that I was getting the best combination of value, convenience and size of storage unit, and consistently going above and beyond to help. Also, the security system seems ingenious. Anthony Lai was the member of staff with whom I interacted.

It is easy for people to store their stuffs for short time or loNg time. And it is secure.

Very competitive prices, especially with the 50% discount and the student discount, and amazing service (his name was Anthony)!! Also very secure and easy-to-use facilities. It is very appreciated that you get refunded for the days you paid but didn't use! The only negative thing is that the online checkin is a bit complicated when you don't have a UK address... but it didn't matter, I went to the office and they helped me do it. Thank you
