Roger was very accommodating and friendly, he made the move in process run smoothly and efficiently.

Roger let me come in very last minute on a Saturday and made the move super smooth. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have used this storage probably as I was in a rush! The check in process is easy and the conditions are better than other places (you can cancel with only 7 days which is a plus!)

Had stored my stuff for one year at Big Yellow King’s Cross. Staff were really welcoming and friendly. The environment was also clean and convenient for loading. Special thanks to Roger who was so lovely and always greeted me with smile when I visited. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a safe space to store their items!
