Customer reviews for Kings Cross Self Storage

I recently visited “Big Yellow Self Storage “ to arrange a storage unit and was assisted by the receptionist Roger ! The whole experience was excellent. He was not only friendly and patient . also took the initiative to explain the different storage options and provided highly professional recommendations based on my needs. Throughout the process, Roger communicated clearly and worked efficiently, making everything smooth and straightforward. I am very satisfied with the service he provided, and it has strengthened my trust in “Big Yellow Self Storage” There was also a young lady whose name I didn’t catch. She was very sweet, friendly, and she assisted me on Saturday… Many thanks Roger ! — highly recommended!
