Fantastic service & seamless new user experience - couldn’t recommend more for anyone looking to store anything short or long term. We recently moved abroad, and Big Yellow was our saving grace for storing our boxes with zero notice. We had a great walkthrough from Selene, and the ease of parking in their parking area, moving items directly onto a trolley and then taking the lift up took any sting out of a normally very difficult process. Highly recommend!!
