Staff at check in not helpful and very rude

Informative all the way, and costumer service was top notch. Right from we entered the reception, we got someone who took care of our booking. Transparency 100%.

Be transparent about all costs in advance. The quoted cost was £14.10 per week for the first 8 weeks, but I had to pay £176, which really stung me on the spot and I had to transfer money from my savings in front of your employee. I think this is unacceptable as I chose this storage facility based on the quoted price but I was lied to. There is no excuse for this. The staff were very helpful though and the building is good. I'd like to make it clear that I was fully satisfied with the member of staff who served me, but the way the company operates needs work. In addition, you really don't need to phone your prospective customers every 2-3 days before moving in to pester them with the same information. I actually found this to be irritating. Just one call would suffice and I appreciated it.

Excellent customer service. Got all the informatiom I needed and very quickly. Check in was really easy too and stoarge space is clean and well organised.
