Fantastic experience at this place. Was amazed by how quickly my situation was sorted - within two hours of calling to ask about availability, all my stuff was stored. The staff here are wonderfully friendly, and the sales rep, Roger, clearly explained the different options and helped us choose the appropriate size room for our stuff. There are several security measures in place as well so everything feels secure. At the end of the tenancy, I actually removed my items a week or so early and was actually refunded the difference. Amazing customer support; will be recommending to friends.

The whole check in process and moving in was smooth and easy. I was assisted by Roger who was very nice and helpful. I would surely recommend the big yellow self storage in King’s Cross and Roger specifically!

Great storage location, very modern but Selene made all the difference. In the midst of a stressful move she helped me so much with the storage, the check in, showing me around and answered all my questions with a smile.

Rogerio and the whole team were super friendly and very helpful. I had some awkward shaped fine art sculptures that I was worried would be difficult to fit into storage. Rogerio went out of his way to show me various sizes and dimensions of units with a tape measure to find the right one and prevent having to go far up in size/price. This made the whole experience relaxing and reassuring. He also makes a great coffee!
