This is my second time using Big Yellow Storage KX and they’ve really made a stressful experience (moving house) as easy as possible. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming - shout out to Selene, Declan, Shaz and Roger! All have helped in one way or another on various visits.
Big Yellow have been extremely accomodating to our organisation, the team are always willing to help and the location and facilities are great.
Thank you Roger for setting up the storage for me - all done swiftly and clearly. Also - great storage space and setup so very close to the city. And after-hours access for wine storage - great!!!
Amazing experience storing my luggage here. The staff is really courteous and tries to do everything to help you. Specially Selene, shes a life saver. Helped me with everything while I was in a hurry and helped me close the storage early too

Big Yellow at KX has a brilliant team. Have dealt with Joe and Selene and others I have not grabbed the name of, and each time they have been welcoming, friendly and professional. The facilities are also top-notch, not sure we’ll ever need to relocate our storage needs from now on.
Amazing customer service from Declan. I originally booked a unit that was too small, but Declan was able to get a bigger one for us for a great deal. Really friendly guy and moving into the unit itself was so easy.
