I am a new customer at Big Yellow Storage in King's Cross and am about to move my belongings in. So far, the experience has been beyond all expectations! From the initial phone call to enquire and book a visit to the premises, to the times I’ve been there for more information or paperwork, the service has been outstanding. I had the pleasure of dealing with Shaz and/or Sami on all occasions, and I have to say their approach is both refreshing and incredibly positive. They are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful in every sense, always putting the customer first. I felt genuinely valued as a customer every step of the way. Prep for moving things can be a stressful process, but both Shaz and Sami made it easy and completely stress-free for me. I would highly recommend Big Yellow Storage at King's Cross to anyone looking for storage solutions.
