Very convenient storage and a smooth, efficient process. Roger, the staff member who welcomed my friend and me, was incredibly friendly and patient. He explained everything clearly and made us feel at ease. Highly recommended!
Best guy serving me Mr Roger
We reached out to Roger @ Big Yellow Storage ( Kings Cross London), for my storage while moving out from my uni accommodation, and he was extremely helpful. He explained in detail and helped me with my specific storage needs. We were struggling to find a storage company that was reasonable and helpful, and Roger’s customer service and Shan’s advice ticked all our boxes. The Big Yellow Storage company did just that. I would really like to thank Roger and Shaz for making this shift as smooth as possible and simplifying the entire process. Would highly recommend them.
Selene helped me out and was very friendly amazing service
Roger is very easy to deal and very knowledgeable
It really was a good experience with Big Yellow while I was abroad. Very safe. Good prices for students and great service from Roger.
First time at big yellow self storage, the team was very helpful and friendly. The process to book a storage space was quick and easy thanks to Roger. The store in Kingscross had everything to pack up including boxes, tape, bubble wrap and vaccum bag..
Roger and Selene are great, always welcoming when we come in the building and able to answer our queries and issues. Would come back
What a lovely welcome from Roger and Selena ! Very efficient, quick and warm Very appreciated while moving is usually quite stressful ✨🙏🏻
I’ve been with Kings Cross Big Yellow for 18 months, the service is absolutely first class in every department. The staff truly make the business and it’s always a pleasure to see them when I come in, friendly, helpful and all round fantastic. A massive thank you to Selene, Shaz, Declan, Rodger, Sami (we miss you Raheem)!
