Store is so clean, new and accessible. Staff are smiley, helpful, knowledgeable and I was very impressed with the storage facility itself too. Fantastic experience! Will definitely recommend.

I want to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Raheem and Shaz for their outstanding service. As someone who already has storage units at several other Big Yellow branches, I was initially hesitant about using a newly opened location for my storage needs. However, the King's Cross team completely blew me away ! Not only did they convince me to cancel my reservation with a competitor, but they also convinced me to reserve an office space that I plan to move my business into within the next four weeks. As a business owner, I place a great deal of importance on attitude and communication, and Raheem and Shaz exceeded my expectations in these areas.
